If we can call wordpress a CMS, I'd have to vote for that because it's easiest. In terms of power and ease combined, I'd go drupal.

Threw WordPress in due to its popularity and because it can be hosted in the the same way as Joomla, Drupal etc. Prefer Joomla myself, granted, steep learining curve, but flexability and versatilty can't be beat.

I've tried multiple times to like both drupal and joomla. They just never clicked with me. Honestly I do much prefer wordpress as a cms, even though it's not designed to be one. It does now have more cms features built in. Wordpress is just so much easier to use, and the vast array of plugins available make its capabilities almost limitless.

I use wordpress for my self-hosted sites. I love it, and I haven't found anything else that compares for me.

Those are both really cool sites. I like seeing how things are applied across platforms. I didn't code this site myself, but I purchased the theme and made some tweaks myself. It is built on wordpress, and I absolutely love it.
