Default Installed 2GB RAM in a New Acer Netbook

I bought a 2GB of DDR3 RAM for my new Acer Aspire One 533 Netbook. It has the Intel Atom 475 Processor, but came with 1GB of DDR3 RAM.

2GB is the maximum for this unit. It was fast before and it is faster now.

Makes sense, Ken. I like to try to max out the RAM in my machines. Of course, most of them take a max of 4 GB, which isn't much these days.

I also doubled the RAM in my wife's very old Dell 8200, from 512MB to 1GB, not much but a big improvement.
